We love Russett - we chose to live here. However, every neighborhood can be better. Unfortunately, two Board members are refusing to abide by two votes now to recall them - even defying a court order. Why are these VOLUNTEERS fighting so hard to keep VOLUNTEER positions? How do they justify $34,000 in legal fees (and climbing) of OUR HOA FUNDS to keep their VOLUNTEER positions? How do the Russett attorneys explain defying a circuit court legal agreement to hold the recall election within 90 days?
