My Asian daughter and I are seeking financial assistance to cover the legal costs for a good lawyer to file a suit against the German government agency Jobcenter Munich. We are being harassed and persecuted by the Jobcenter Munich and the court in Munich because I write a critical blog about the JC. They want this blog purged. In October 2015 armed police confiscated ALL our IT equipment (the second time after 2013). It was planned to body search my daughter and to seize her smart phone as well. Fortunately, she was in school.

In one case we had to file a constitutional complaint with the Constitutional Court which alone cost us euro 650. The CC aacepts just 2-3% of all cases filed in a year!

The JC Munich and the Munich court jointly want us financially ruined and my Asian daughter out of high school. All our complaints against the JC have been rejected by the Munich prosecutor. We have absolutely no trust in Bavarian courts as they resemble more of a kangaroo court and intend to have this case in another state in Germany.
