Writers Against Abusive Publisher

We are a group of writers fighting against a publisher to get our book rights back and be paid for the royalties they owe us.

The publisher (Editorial LXL), has not fulfilled many aspects of the contract: our books are not in libraries, we haven't been paid for the units sold, we haven't had any marketing... Also, according to the Spanish law, the contract is abusive for us, the writers. We have already spent around 2.000 € in lawyers trying to recover the rights, but the publisher won't allow it, they want to keep them for the 5 years the contract establishes. So we have to go to trial, and we need help to raise enough money to pay our lawyer and the court fees, at least 12.000 €.Thank you for your support.
