Let Freedom Ring for Justice

I am making this page for my younger brother Ethan Turner. He has been convicted of second degree sexual offence and 2nd degree assault and will be sentenced on April 7, 2016 in Baltimore, MD. He is an innocent man found guilty of heinous crimes he is not capable of committing. In this his case he was convicted from the testimony from the alleged victim. Her account of the story changed over four times from her very first interview with police. At the time of the alleged incident she had a BAC level of .17. There were no other witnesses that put my brother with this young lady. There was never any DNA evidence that matched Ethan's profile. The lead detective in the case had a mild seizure in the middle of him lying on the stand. The girl and her family received millions of dollars prior to anyone ever being convicted of a crime. This money came from John Hopkins university, the same university that is under a federal investigation due to their poor response to sexual assault on its campus. If anyone can help us with this it will be greatly appreciated.
