My daughter was arrested on felony charges in Pasco County Florida on January 21st 2016. She has been in jail on a bond amount of $185.000 for crimes that are just not possible. She had just moved to the residence where the arrests were made not thirty days prior. The sheriff's department arrested five other people at this residence and continue to arrest others being accused in this crime ring. The sheriff's department would have us believe that my 110lb.daughter who does not even own a vehicle, to be the ring leader in a major drug trafficking, stolen vehicles, chop shop running, stolen hauling trailer, stolen property, sawed off shot gun, automatic weapons with ammo plus paraphernalia crime leader. This is absolutely not possible, no way,no how! Amanda is being used as an escape goat to munipulate her through fear of a life in prison if she doesn't put her life on the line to Snitch out all the real players. This state has already seen tough financial cutbacks leading experts to believe under the current caseloads of the public defenders office, that it is in violation of the 6th Amendment of the United States Constitution . This leads to public defenders that say it is impossible to do their jobs properly. Which would explain why 80% of those charged with a felony are indigent.
