Our Elder Brother Stole Our Inheritance
Help us reclaim our rightful inheritance according to our mother's Will.
Our mom died April 19, 2015.
On April 6, 2015 our elder brother had her sign a Power of Attorney, he proceeded to liquidate her bank accounts and transfer her money to his own personal account, he also transferred possessions and personal property of mom's into his name.
On April 9, 2015 our elder brother had mom sign a Quit Claim Deed that gave him ownership of her home where he has lived rent free off of her social security benefit for almost ten years.
As her eldest child he was named executor but has not yet been appointed by Probate Court.
Because we have requested a full accounting through court proceedings our brother deems us unworthy of our rightful share to our mother's estate. We were not allowed to help disperse her personal items, many of which have been thrown away, many of which are our own personal belongings including baby items and photos and mementos and family heirlooms.
Our legal expenses are mounting and do not look to be abating any time soon. A trial is pending.
Help us do what our mother wanted and what she requested be done according to her last Will and testament which is that all her assets and possessions (what is left of them) be divided evenly and fairly between her three surviving children.
