Help me save my daughter's life

My Daughter is 12 yrs old, and she is the Brightest little girl you have ever seen. When she was young she was Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. Her Father and I had a break up that split us between states. At the time there was a custody battle brought on by the father. (funded by the grandfather). Due to my lack of resources at the time I was unable to claim custody. This was 11 years ago. At the time the Grandmother and Grandfather had all the resources needed to provide proper medical care for my child. As of 2 years ago the Grandfather passed away.
Due to the passing of the Grandfather they no longer have the resources needed to take care of my child. I have recently acquired evidence, that at the hands of the father my child is suffering mental and emotional abuse as well as medical neglect. I am now seeking to regain custody of my Daughter. This is in part for the Betterment of her heath as well as her mental state. My husband and I now have the ability to give her the medical care and loving environment that she needs.
She is not currently receiving any of the medical treatment she needs. They have neglected to give her medications on time (if at all). She is extremely malnourished as well and if something is not done now she will die. Please I am asking that if you have compassion in your heart to help me. The Father has constantly moved her around from place to place to hide my existence from her and now this recent shred of information has confirmed my worst fears.
The money that I ask of you today is to cover the lawyer and court fees. I am eternally great full for all the help we may receive in this, and can not express my gratitude. If you are unable to donate than please help by sharing this.
Sincerely, A concerned mother

Lawyer Fees

Back in September I was victim of a raid by the local police. They found my personal stash and are flipping it on me to make as many felonies as they can get because they are upset that there was no money for them to take.  On top of this after i wouldn't give them a name the go on to charge my fiance with all the same charges.  I met with a lawyer today and he said that there is very good defense in my case and that he has a few motions to file but this will cost us $3000 that we just do not have at the moment due to the birth of our first born son.  My court date is at the end of the month and i am trying everything i can to have proper representation to avoid marking up my record over petty non violent charges.

My cousin Vinny or Justice for Jacob

Jacob is a good man who has never been in trouble. According to the family members the mother is irresponsible and does not take care of her children. She has been thrown out of both her mother’s and step mother’s homes for this reason. Jacob is the only one who would allow the mother and children into his house, an attempt to give the mother time to find a place to live and keep her and her children off the street. Why the mom and dad didn’t seek assistance from welfare agencies who knows.
With a dysfunctional mother who ignored her children and four children who have been dragged from house to house Jacob was in a position to have to manage these dysfunctional children and is now being viciously attacked by. In the midst of family bickering, Jacob finds himself in jail. It is like “My Cousin Vinny” - Jacob thought he was being arrested for yelling at the children because they were out of order and the mother wouldn't discipline them, when in fact he is facing prison. The father and grandmother, who have known Jacob for 30 years, absolutely deny Jacob could have done anything to hurt these children. The mother is on record saying essentially the same thing.
The children have been taken from the parents and the father and grandmother report that during custody hearings, they are being told by CPS workers and appointed attorneys that if they want their children back they must change their story, and say that they believe Jacob is guilty. This is effectively witness tampering, and to get back your children or grandchildren is a strong incentive for a person to lie and provide false testimony. If there is any evidence of any crime, why are CPS workers and appointed attorneys pressuring people to lie about the facts and what they believe?
We just want the truth brought out but sadly the government seems to wants to hide the truth.
Please help us to achieve our funding goals that we may get representation that will protect our good friend Jacob by bringing the truth to light.

Millionaire w/Dementia Kidnapped, robbed and left to die broke & alone!

My mother had the onset of dementia and my husband and I lived close by, helping her maintain her independence. In October of 2010 my mother threatened to commit suicide and after locking herself in the bathroom with a bag of pills. My 18year old daughter called  911. My mother overheard my daughter calling the police, and was very angry that we called the police on her. She did not see it as though we were trying to save her life. When the police arrived they asked us to step outside. About 15 minutes later the police came out front and asked us to give my mom some space to calm down and to give her a call tomorrow. I did not want to leave but I figured as long as the cops were going to take her stock pile of pills then maybe that would be okay. But at this point they made it clear that since she had calmed down, they were not going to take her pills but that I still had to leave, even though my name is on the property deed. Unbeknownst to our family, the day after this happened my mother went on Craigslist looking for a handyman. She met this so called handyman who was married to a 10 time convicted felon. This Woman was charged and convicted of 10 counts of Fraud and embezzlement from her employer in 2001.
This couple proceeded to kidnap her and remove all of her belongings and took her to Upstate New York where they are from originally. At this time these criminals and convicted felon placed squatters in the home to keep our family from stopping the sale of the house. They deeded over both of her Homes to themselves for $1, one of the houses was purchased for $250,000 cash in my mother's name and the same day it was deeded over to this con artist for $1. When this all started, we went to the police department to report  my mom missing but they refuse to let us because they said they talked to my mom on the phone and "she's fine" and that she didn't want anything to do with her family anymore, and that Miss Julia is going to take care of her now. The police still refused to let us file a missing persons report, saying this is a civil matter and they've been saying the same thing 6 years since!
They then cashed out her extensive stock portfolio, drained all of her bank accounts, and then dumped her in a succession of state homes as dying- indigent and alone, without any of her daughters by her side.
 THE GOOD NEWS-
Dr. Phil show is interested in having us on about the topic of Elder Financial abuse and fraud!
Bank of America is investigating the potential fraud on the accounts at their Bank. Also, we have uncovered another family that she did this to in 1990. Many lawyers say I have an excellent case and are very eager to take the case, however none are interested in taking it on contingency either.
We have Bank statements,  credit card statements my mom was unable to use while on her deathbed. We have a lot of evidence- bad checks,  illegal Property Transfers and notaries. How can a police department say that a woman with dementia is safe with a 10 time convicted felon????

Rehabilitation Works

WHO I AM
My name is Louis Scott. I grew up in Southern, California in a household burdened with domestic violence, sexual abuse and criminal behavior. What most people would consider unsafe living conditions became a way of life for me.
When I was seven years old, I saw my father kill a man in front of me. My mother was engaged in prostitution. Murder, prostitution and crime were more normal to me than Tonka trucks and video games. Without true guidance, I made a series of bad decisions that led me to becoming a pimp. It was a period of my life that I regret tremendously. As a result of my actions, I was prosecuted and sentenced to 229 years-to-life for a high profile pimping and pandering case and other related offenses.
I take full responsibility for the crimes that I committed and the people that I hurt. The truth is that I am guilty of some of the charges, but I am not guilty of all of them. The public defender, who was appointed to take my case, failed to represent me in an adequate and professional way. On appeal, my sentence was reduced from 229 years-to-life to 199 years-to-life. But with 199 years-to-life, I have been sentenced to die in prison.
I am now trying to raise money to hire a post-conviction lawyer who can ask the court to correct the original mistakes in my trial. All I want is an opportunity to prove to the parole board, the state and society at large, that I am a changed man and that I do not deserve to spend the rest of my life behind bars. All I want is to serve my fair sentence and return to society, to hold my grandkids, wake up next to my wife and help keep people from making the mistakes I did.
HOW I HAVE CHANGED
I have been incarcerated for 19 years. I am not the same person I was when I was convicted. By participating in programs in prison and sitting with the guilt of what I did, I have grown and matured. Through Restorative Justice, I gained insight into why I committed the crimes I did. I see how my upbringing, my lack of education and my desire to feel like I belonged to something (even if it was not a good thing) led me to engage in criminal behavior. I also learned how to cope with difficult emotions, not react to them. Now I facilitate Restorative Justice circles and lead a large group of 80+ men who are trying to better themselves. I also learned how to be a journalist, reporting on important stories from behind bars.
But most of all, I learned a great deal about myself, the impact my actions had upon my family, the victims in my case and the community. Even though no one was killed as a result of my actions, people were hurt and they will have to live with those memories. My children grew up without a dad. I learned how my own daughters were gravitating towards individuals who emulated the lifestyle I once embraced; from afar, I have tried to educate them, help them turn away from anything that could threaten or harm them.
Because of the harm I caused as a pimp, I am committed to doing my best to fight for an end to sex trafficking. I know the lifestyle of individuals involved in this type of behavior and I can offer at-risk individuals unique insight into how to change in positive ways. I work with other men incarcerated here at San Quentin to educate the public on preventing sex trafficking in our communities through forums. I support the efforts of outside organizations that help victims of sex trafficking and advocate for an end to the practice of using people for money. I made the video depicted on this campaign so that people would take action to prevent and stop sex trafficking.
I truly believe that I can better serve humanity and those I have victimized by being a productive citizen of society and doing everything humanly possible to put an end to sex trafficking. Join me in this fight.
WHY I NEED YOUR HELP
I do not have the money to hire a private attorney. I have tried many times to challenge aspects of my conviction in court but to no avail. Without the help of a professional attorney, I will not have a chance of ever getting out. All of your donations will go toward my legal representation.
At a time when there are more people behind bars than ever before, when taxpayers pay $60k per year to keep a single person behind bars, it can be hard to figure out how to make a difference. This is your chance to change one person's life and to begin untangling some of the deeper problems in our society: mass incarceration, sex trafficking, a legal system that treats poor people worse than those with money.
With your help, I might one day regain my freedom!
