Help a Falsely Accused Father Return Home

Please Meet Gabriel Leonard. Father of three, Loving Significant Other, Pillar to his community and most important and INNOCENT man currently serving time in MO. Gabriel has been unjustly accused and wrongfully convicted of 4 felonies without any physical evidence against him. After voicing his suspicions of foul play between his public defender and the district attorney, Gabriel was forced by the judge to represent himself at trial. After his conviction an independent investigation was done by volunteers and friends. This investigation revealed that crucial records and Interviews further proving Gabriel’s  innocence were purposefully withheld from our beloved friend by his public defender. This severely damaged his case from the beginning. We have also recently discovered that Gabriel’s assigned public defender has a recent conviction against her for professional misconduct and withholding evidence in the case of another defendant. It took a total time of almost ten years to correct that case. Gabriel has served 5 years already. This investigation also revealed some foul play in the DA’s office as well. While representing himself at trial Gabriel was able to to beat one of the four felony counts on his own. He was charged with a fraudulent gun possession charge. After this the state changed their story not one more time but twice when Gabriel disproved their accusations. He is INNOCENT of all charges and we now have the proof we need. We desperately need help to fight for Gabriel's exoneration to clear his name and return him to his children before the statute of limitations dictates it's too late.Gabriel is ensnared in the trappings of the notorious Missouri State Department of Corrections. Missouri’s public defender's office is ranked 49th out of all the 50 states nationally of the United States Public Defense Systems. The Missouri Public Defender System is currently deemed unconstitutional ( in legal practice) by the most recent assessment conducted by the American Bar Association. As of March 9th 2017, the MSPDS is being sued because this defense system has been deemed unconstitutional or more than 30 years and counting. Local rules will make Gabriel's conviction permanent if the proper legal defense team is not constructed in a timely matter. A deadline of spring of 2018 is fastly approaching! This deadline is when we must make the necessary corrections and legal arguments. This is why TIME IS TRULY OF THE ESSENCE! We humbly urge to give all that you can.
