Please help a child have a stable lifestyle

Hello. I am Matthew. My son is in need of a better life. He has been living in 7 places in a year and 2 months of his life. His mother sends him off every chance she gets to sleep around. He has been abused and neglected a lot. She has already signed one of her 3 kids away. I am trying to get an attorney but with my bills and child support on my own kids I can't afford the attorney and court fees. I want him to have a stable and secure home life.
