While meeting some fraternal brothers near downtown Denver, Dominic was approached by an undercover officer. Immediately he identified his firearm under his jacket (as he used to carry every day for personal protection), and took him into custody. An 18-year-old college student and expectant father, courts seek to impose an unfair penalty against a first time offender. Dominic is an active member in the community and has shown his commitment to life long civil service. This charge is municipal and is set for court, Friday, November 13 @ 8:30 am.
