Bring Zoe Home

Hello Everyone.

My name is Nathan Rhyne. My daughter Zoe is 13 years old. On August 30th 2015 her mother was ordered by the court to visit Zoe every 2 weeks and the courts would help pay for her travel costs. In 2 years her mother had visited Zoe only 2 times. She has never sent birthday gifts or Christmas cards.

Chantale Desrochers has a Warrant for her arrest in the State of New Jersey. Her last known whereabouts are Ottawa, Ontario Canada. 

I am seeking your help to hire an international attorney to bring Zoe home.  Her mother has a history of drug abuse, and domestic violence with her para mores. Zoe has been exposed to crack cocaine use in the home, domestic violence, verbal and physical abuse, neglect, and has even spent 6 years in a foster home due to her mothers neglect.

In 2013 i was given custody of Zoe from her mother who abandoned her with a goodbye letter at my doorstep. (see attached)

Chantale was ordered not to leave the state of NJ with Zoe by Judgde Ospino in the Hudson county family court for fears that this incident would happen.

I have hundreds of pages of documented abuse and neglect over time. My daughter is in full time counseling for all the things she has been put through by her mother.

I have never asked for child support, or restricted contact between Zoe and her mother. She is doing so well in school and becoming such a wonderful young woman.

Please help, anything will do. Unfortunately being a man it is much more difficult to recover a child taken from you as the support systems are all designated for battered and abused women. it is much more difficult for anyone to assist me pro bono so i have been doing everything i can Pro Se.
