Mike Wratten is the Owner of a small American business named Shellback Tactical. Mike also spent 18 years as a police officer. This is a business that sells tactical and safety equipment for the men and women that serve our GREAT NATION, whether in military or law enforcement capacity. Mike created a successful brand and business on his own. Mike was led into an agreement by a trusted friend and mentor with a big business, and joined into an agreement. After 1 year Mike and his business was betrayed by the friend, mentor and the other business by having the whole agreement breached. Mike was cut off from all financial aspects of the business and left to start over virtually from scratch with Shellback Tactical. Mike has a family to support and has been cut off from any income.
This company did this, because it advised that Shellback Tactical was not making money, whish was false. The company that supposedly did not have money to honor the contract, all of a sudden still did have funds to continue to make Mikes tradmarked Shellback products and continue to sell to other companies, cutting Mike out and not compensating him from any profits.
Mike sent a Cease and Desist Letter to this company that was ignored. They did not stop. Their response was to sue Mike Wratten, and Shellback Tactical. This company sees Mike and his company as a small fish that they can take advantage of. This big business has no respect for the small business owner and is using their big money to squash a Small American Business Owner.
On a personal note, I am Tim Wratten, Mike’s brother, and I created this campaign. I have watched my brother build this business from nothing over a 12-year period. It is his goal to produce products that keep our law enforcement and military safe. WE come from a family of Law Enforcement/Military and believe in the American Dream. Please help with any amount so Mike can defend himself and his Small American Business against this bully. Thank you.
