Please Help these little boys, they miss their Daddy.
He has been wrongly accused of a crime that his attorney has PROOF that he did not commit. He has fought this case from jail for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, the day before trial the DA dismissed all charges due to a lack of evidence. They wanted to stall in order to try to find something to use against him. The DA then refiled the case the same day. Because the DA refiled, our son remains in jail only to restart the whole process over including rehiring his attorney, who has already done an outstanding job.
This has become a financial strain on our family. However, Anthony is innocent, and has every right to prove it. We just need a little help in order to keep this attorney. Anything is greatly appreciated. Please help him to return home to his two small amazing children and his loving fiancé, where he belongs.
Anthony is a loving father, brother, son, fiancé, and friend to many people. He is a very hard worker that provides for his family. We feel that his civil rights have been violated and he has been unfairly judged!
