Michael Harrell is a God-fearing man, a missionary, a senior citizen, a veteren, a farmer, and a pot grower. He only grows enough to cover his own personal, medicinal use to treat for pain and anxiety. He grows his own food and raises chickens to eat. Why wouldn't he also grow his own medicine as well?
In early September, he was arrested and charged with a felony for manufacturing a controlled substance. His first court date is October 18th, 2016. Arkansas is going to vote on legalizing medical marijuana this November. However, that vote will not come soon enough for him.
We are looking to raise $7,500 to cover his legal expenses, and other fees associated with fighting for his right to grow and use the best medicine for his conditions.
