Our mission is simple, to repeal SB277 and bring back Personal Belief Exemptions to all families.
We are a family of six: husband, wife and four unvaccinated children. Our children currently attend a private Christian school. As each of them enters 7th grade they will no longer be able to attend school because of SB277.
Why we are fighting against SB277:
- First and foremost, this is a violation of our basic human rights. The government has no right to mandate medical procedures for anyone.
- We, as parents, no longer have authority over our children to decide whether or not to vaccinate, and what vaccination schedule to use if we do vaccinate. The government now makes that decision for us. This is an abuse of power.
- No child should be denied their right to attend any public or private school of their choosing because they are not vaccinated or are on an alternative vaccination schedule. This is flat out discrimination.
- We have our own personal and religious beliefs regarding vaccines, which is why none of our children are vaccinated. The government has stripped us of our beliefs (only on paper), by no longer allowing us to file a Personal Belief Exemption for our children to attend school unvaccinated.
We want to make something very clear; whether you choose to vaccinate your children or not, your right to make that decision is gone. This law doesn’t just affect those who do not vaccinate; it also affects those who do. Neither one of us has a choice any more. The government has made that choice for us. The government does not have that right!
We have chosen to stand up and fight – for our rights as human beings, our rights as parents, and our children’s rights, because they cannot fight for themselves. If we don’t stand up to our government, and their mandated medical procedures, then what will they mandate next? It is a frightening thought!
This lawsuit it not just for us; it is for every Californian whose rights have been taken away. It is for all of the other states whose government is trying to do the same thing to them. It is for all of us!
Thank you for taking the time to hear our story. Please share it with anyone who will listen. We must spread the word! We must stand together and fight for our rights! Please donate!
Thank you!
