Help Get Hans Back

I have separated from my ex and am trying to get full custody of my son his father has a huge history of physical and mental abuse and he is unstable he has a lawyer and i could not afford one i found one that ill work with me on the retainer so hes only charge me 1500 i need any help to get my son back it is breaking my heart knowing he is living with a man who doesn't treat him right have gotten him back unfed not clean and with bruises so please any help would mean the world i need to do this ASAP
