The Veterans' Access Legal Fund

Kristoffer John Lewandowski is a Marine Veteran, a family man and a disabled patient afflicted with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, acquired in service of this great nation. After the failures of the medicines prescribed by VA Doctors, fighting to find a way out of the horrors of his condition, he chose Cannabis to effectively treat his combat injuries and his PTSD, and it changed everything.
Few know that for the last three years he’s fought for his life, but his fight was with the courts of Oklahoma over his choice of treatment  to break away from dependency on the life killing, devastating opiates prescribed by VA doctors. Like other Veterans who've chosen the effective treatment, he had successfully returned to activities as spouse, parent and contributing member of society.
His harsh lesson in a tragic reality was that when dealing with the legal system, if one has no money for legal defense; one has “no voice” and little to zero support system.
His mission is now shared with an already vast and growing team of others who feel it is not only a must but a civic responsibility to ensure that no Veteran who honorably serves or served their country will feel that same distress of having no team, or support system, and no access to the best medicines.
The Veterans' Access Legal Fund is ensuring that. We provide the appropriate legal team for each Veteran’s specific case and employ them with the resources needed to re-establish their inborn right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” granted by humanhood, as written in the Constitution of the United Sates of America and illegally impeded by violational regulatory systems or falsely based “laws”.
Not all of our cases are criminal; our team also works diligently on supporting cases in which children have been stolen by errant agencies because a Veteran parent has used legal Cannabis. In order to continue this work by the people and for the people, we ask that you donate if you are able, share, and follow our facebook page for Veterans' Access Legal Fund, to increase numbers and awareness as much as possible. Most importantly for that Veteran sitting alone, afraid and voiceless, who needs your and our help
