Justice for Mom

I am the father and she is the mother of my 6 children and expecting.

Help this kind loving mother who has no criminal history, who was maliously prosecuted for asserting her rights. On September 16th, 2016 officers entered her home without a warrant no probable cause and began questioning mother. When officer refused to answer why they were in the home. Mother asked to speak to an attorney and immdedately placed  was placed in and cuffs and dragged her outside. "This is my counrty" the officer shouted. As they children watch helplessly in horror, Officer continued to threaten mother "you will never see your kids again" the officer shouted. As mother sat helplessly and afraid for 3 hrs she pleaded with offiers to allow her to speak to an attorney. "No!" "you need to cooperate and tell us what we need to know" We had a meth bust her 4 years ago. Mother explained that she knew nothing of the previous residents that she and her children had only been living there less than a year. your not going to like what is going to happened next Officer(s) said. Officers then made a false report to the department of child services and said that the children were wandering. She is now being charged with 6  counts of Delinquincy to a minor her children have been in custody every since. She is expecting and is facing jail time. Let's help this mother in her pursuit of justice
