My name is Veronica Hernandez. Im a single mother of 3. Two boys whom are 16 year old Diego, and 9 year old Dabri from my first relationship and a 4 year old daughter Jewelisa from my second relationship. When my daughter was 6 weeks old, her father and i got into a fight and he took her and i did not see her until 5 weeks later. I have no support financially. So i worked from 10 am to 2 am. Three years later and 30,000 later we agreed 50\50. He wasnt happy, he wanted primary. One month after we signed final order, i bacame aware he was involved in two shootings. In march leaving ectasy strip club at 5am. A vehicle pulled up and shot at his car, grazing his arm. He was listed as the victim. In may leaving perfect ten strip club , a vehicle once again pulled up and shot his vehicle 9 time. He was listed as a victim again. I immediately file a modification. He was placed on temporary reatraing order until temporary order hearing. At hearing he was ordered to be supervised if he went out in vehicle with our daughter after dark. My attorney withdrew because she was negligent on my case. I have done what i could being prose. I couldnt pay for family evaluation because i had no money. I struggle. Its just gets worse and worse. Shortly thereafter my daughter tells me that her father is telling her to say she is being sexually abused by her nine year old brother. CPS gets involved and interviews me and my children and advises me that she doesn't believe my son would do what my daughter's father is alleging. But a specialist would have to do a forensic interview to roll out type of assault. My daughter was taken to a facility where forensic interview was conducted. Sexual abuse was ruled out. I thought it was all done with but shortly thereafter he made another report to CPS alleging my 16 year old was sexually abusing my daughter now. CPS did not open up a case disregarded his report period advising me that her father needed to stop using them to try to get the upper hand in the custody battle. She stated that the matter had been addressed investigated and ruled out. The judge said he felt like some type of abuse was going on since this was the second out crying comma by her father none the less period and advise me I had to remove my voice from the home in order to get a weekend visitation. I have not seen my daughter since March. Our system is corrupt and fails us. Im being evicted. My car was repoed and light is gonna be disconnected. I cant be evicted because it will show unstabilty. I never had assistance in this matter. Please help.
