Please help !

My name is Savannah.  I am 29. I am from Oklahoma.  In March my boy friends ex wife filed a protective order on him. He allowed the judge to grant it so that she could not contact him . The jusge said they could have a 3rd party get involved so that he could see his son . She however hasn't allowed that . In May he got into an altercation with her now boyfriend whom was driving a vehicle that is registered to him . He was across the street from his job at the time . Yes he approached him and he drove off as he hit the window . Now his ex wife is lying trying to say her and his child were in the vehicle . They however were not . He needs to come up with money for a lawyer by mid September so that he can prove that they were in fact not in the vehicle . Which means he did not violate the protective nor did he endanger his child . If they were in fact in the vehicle he would have never approached it . He also would like to go ahead and file the divorce and establish custody . He is having a difficult time finding a job with the pending felony on his record . Any help would be greatly appreciated !
