Wrongful convictions

My Name is Bianca and My husband was charged with some horrible crimes in March 2016 that i know for a fact he did not do. This will be a wrongful conviction. These are sex crimes that are very serious. I hate to talk about it because its not his character. He beat this guy that was in his 30's for engaging with a minor not saying violence is okay its just he has daughters and it wasnt right for the guy to mess with a minor. I wouldn't be with anyone that has done any wrong to women because it has happen to me when i was younger and i told him my story and he cried with me. Me and his grandmother put up 7500 for his bond plus 4000 after they charged him with another case. he got out and months later was violated because he stopped at the pawn shop. But he was told he can move around from 8am to 2pm. He has took HIV test like they wanted him to came back negative and the victim that it happen to has Aids. So some how they said they didnt get the results if that was true he had 10 days to turn it in or it would have been a warrant for him. We have a copy of it also. This has been hard and i know people see someone being charged with something like this as a bad person but not in this case. Because anyone that do anything like this i would LOVE to see punished. He asked to have a speedy trial and the attorney told him he couldn't thats a violation of the 6th amendment. So i am ask for help to get a new lawyer.. PLEASE the innocent should not be convicted for a crime they did not commit
