Hello, My name is Irvn Flemming and I was taken advantage by the United States judicial system at large. I was buying and selling use cars in the Detroit, Michigan area. I met a person that was being investigated for being a drug dealer. To my surpise, the aforesaid person seemed not to be involved in any illegal activity, and had several companies to support his financial status. In my quest for justice I have search for assistance high and low in Michigan, but with no help from any attorney that would be cognizant of the psuedo charges that were brought against me. The misconduct was the core of this entire matter, but no one offered me any assistance. In short the Judge and the Prosecutor had a long history of working together prior to him being a judge, which in my opinion the courts should have never let this happen to me. Not to mention I served in the Navy, to defending the very rights the courts violated. The following were some of the open violation inflicted on me: 1) Spousal/Marital Privilege, 2) Speedy Trial, 3) Safe Habour (no victims) or criminal intent, 4) Convicted base off of theory verses facts, and the list goes on and on, also to include vindictive/selective prosecution. I feel that most Federal judges have no reason to be fair in judicial proceeding, becuase of their lifetime appointment and by forcing them to terminate their term once the President that appointed leaves office (4/8 years) is just the right thing to do. I am still fighting my case from a federal tort claim position, 28 USC 2255 (civil) and several other avenues, for the violations that accorded in my matter, so your help will assist me in bringing awareness of the corrupt system we live under and aid in fixing it. Moreover, your assistance will fund lobbyist, website and the legal fees that are forecast before me. My case is out of the Eastern District of Michigan. In closing, I would like to thank you in advance for helping me during this difficult time, so we can bring a stop to the misconduct; that our Four Fathers never meant to ever happen. I will be an advocate for restoring the United States Constitution within our judicial system.
