Justice for Little John
Jim Rose is a very humble man with very solid family values. The unthinkable has happened to his grandson; and to make matters worse, he is now getting the run around from the Department of Human Services, which of course is supposed to be there to keep children safe.
In July 2015, Little John was injured so severely he actually coded and had to be revived. The medical consequences of his injury include the following: 50 cm of his bowels removed; blunt force trauma, he coded once, has had three surgeries and at the time of the injury, drugs were found in his system. This 2 ½ year old has had to endure a feeding tube, colostomy bag, and had to be heavily medicated for three weeks to allow his body to heal. Now that he is recovering, he has had to re-learn how to walk, talk, and even eat.
Injured, hospitalized, and through recovery, this young child has been without the physical presence and love from his family. As of October 2015, the family has only been allowed to visit Little John once. DHS has physical custody of Little John as of right now, despite the family’s daily pleas to let him come home.
The fault of Little John’s injuries lies in the hands of another human, yet the Clinton, Iowa Police Department has made no arrests. There has been zero justice for this family as of yet. The family not only wants justice for their grandson, but they want him out of DHS custody and into the custody of his loving and capable family’s home. They need your help.
Since July, Jim Rose and his family have been fighting this fight alone, and they no longer can. Jim and his family have reached out to DHS, CPS, the police department and investigators. They have tried contacting media representatives and have even created a Facebook Group to help aid in their efforts. They have reached a point now where they need legal representation to help get Little John into his family’s custody. Jim has found an attorney who will take the case but finances are preventing that from happening immediately. That is what this campaign is here to help with. The Rose family has this campaign as a central location for donations to hire legal representation to find justice for Little John, and to bring him home to his family. Any donations of any amount are a blessing and the family is full of gratitude for your kindness.
Thank you for taking the time to read. Click here for more information, see the video in Mr. Rose’s own words, or visit www.FundedJustice.com
Justice for Justin
My brother Justin was wrongfully arrested and detained on the morning of October 12, 2015. A woman called the Medford, Oregon police department to report that someone had trespassed onto her property and stolen her medical Marijuana plants that had been growing in her back yard. She claims to have seen Justin get into his vehicle and flee the scene. She gave chase, breaking many traffic laws in the process. At one point, while stopped at a red light, she got out of her vehicle and attempted to approach Justin in his vehicle while yelling. He sped off as soon as the light turned green. She returned to her car and began to chase him again. After attempting to flee from this unknown women and being unable to lose her, he feared that things might escalate. He proceeded to turn on his dome light and load his handgun. When the woman saw he was armed, she backed off and told the police that he had aimed his gun at her. The police arrested him shortly after while on his way home. In the state of Oregon, citizens do not have an obligation to flee before using deadly force if they feel their lives are in danger. Loading his weapon in the vehicle was self-defense, as he had already attempted to flee multiple times.
The police did not impound his vehicle as they found no evidence of marijuana in it, or on it. They did not test Justin's clothes for marijuana residue. They did not give the woman pursuing my brother recklessly any citations, or sobriety tests. It is unknown if she was sober at the time of the incident. Since his arrest, he has lost one of his jobs. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. He has no criminal record, and has passed a drug test since he was released.
He is now awaiting his court appearance on October 26 to enter his plea of NOT GUILTY. His trial date is set for March of 2016. We are attempting to raise his attorney expenses so that he has a chance at a full case dismissal. Please help us. We are hardworking Americans who live paycheck-to-paycheck most months. Nobody has the money required to obtain a good defense attorney for Justin. This could be you, or your son, or brother. Who was driving home after a night of work and ended up being pursued by an unknown person making false claims.

Help Free Jonny!!!
It is with a heavy heart and still in utter disbelief that I reach out to friends, family and even strangers.
My brother Jonny, has become a victim of outrageous and malicious false allegations as a result of a divorce & custody battle. Due to the seriousness of the allegations and the fact that it involves children, an individual is automatically presumed guilty until proven innocent. My brother is currently incarcerated, as we cannot afford the bail amount. At this time, our main priority is being able to pay the attorney fees, as the case will be going to trial in front of a jury. It is of the upmost importance that we continue to have the best attorney on our side for my brother to have a chance to regain his freedom. Unfortunately, 1/3 of these types of cases are false allegations and many innocent individuals are falsely convicted. My brother is innocent and does not deserve to be going through this after doing everything for all those kiddos since they came into his life. Not only has he been in jail for about a month but has not been able to see his biological son whom he loves dearly and I know he misses his daddy as well. Please please help us prove his innocence in this uphill battle!
We also ask for prayers that the truth prevails and justice is served!

Foster care or back with her abuser is not where she should be!
Please help me keep my now seven-year-old granddaughter safe by supporting me in raising legal funds so I can gain guardianship of her.
My case is complicated and the history is long. Here is a summary: When my granddaughter was five-and-a-half years old she revealed to me that she was sexually abused since the age of four by her mother’s (my daughter) boyfriend. An investigation ensued and for reasons beyond my understanding, she was returned to her mother and the perpetrator. My daughter was diagnosed with severe bipolar disorder and therefore cannot care for her.
My granddaughter is now in foster care. There are no laws protecting grandparent right’s in the State of Hawaii. I am fighting to keep my granddaughter from being returned to her abuser and from living in strangers’ homes.
I have tried to represent myself pro se but I need an expert to help me navigate this very complex case and save my granddaughter. My court date is less than 2 weeks away on October 27, 2015.
I respectfully ask you to give generously to my legal fund so that she can be returned to me, her grandmother. I am her only other relative in Hawaii.
For obvious reasons, the persons involved must remain anonymous on this site. I trust that you will understand. I need $10,000.
Please help me bring her home.
Thank you and God bless.

Justice for Anthony Burries
The father of my children will spend the rest of his life behind bars based on hearsay. No factual evidence was given in trial. The police did no DNA testing. They questioned him without an attorney even after he requested one. Even then, he denied any culpability. The medical examiner himself said the police did not have the right time of death by greater than 24 hours. The police interviewed people who saw her alive after they claim he killed her. Then they left the interview out of their report and admitted it under oath. Please help me hire an appeals attorney to get him a fair trial based on facts and not hearsay. The facts say he didn't do what he was unjustly convicted of. We have four Children and I need your help to help him get a fair trial and come home to his kids.

We are setting up this page so our friends and family can help us, we don't expect anyone to donate but every little bit helps and is needed no matter how big or small the donation is please know we truly do appreciate it. This money will be allocated wherever it is needed at the time, whether it is the monthly canteen amount or the lawyer’s fees.

As far as accidents go, this was on the tragic end of the scale. Being an accident does not make this process any easier. This is going to be a long road and we would very much appreciate any and all help and support you are all willing to share with us.
A simple thank you is inadequate to express our gratitude for the support that has already been shown, and continues to be shown every day. We will never be able to thank any of you enough, but we sincerely hope everyone knows how much we appreciate it!
Your kindness and love will never be forgotten, every bit helps. Thank you!
