A father was set up

My father was the most giving person I have ever met.  He paid bills for people he didn't know when they were struggling, fixed their cars, fed any of my friends that were going hungry and took in numerous of my friends that had parents that didn't care spent 100s of thousands of dollars to help people that needed him. He met a girl that was on an adult chat line that was lying about her age luring men to her house for sex. Like most men, he met her at her house that she gave directions to and they had sex once. She told somebody at church and they told her parents and the parents immediately went to police to have him arrested. We spent $30,000 on a lawyer and the lawyer went to school with the judge that my dad had.  He set my dad up, not fighting for him whatsoever and was  sentenced that max in prison.  He gave a friend that he trusted power of attorney over everything he had, which this person said they would fight til the end for him. The person stole over $260,000 out of his bank account and liquidated everything he owned. Our family got none of this and since, our family has disowned him and he has nobody but me to help. I have a family with 2 children and I don't have enough to get him back on his feet. Please help get his life started over again he comes up for parole in 60 days and he has nothing. He did not deserve this and now everybody has turned on him. He is not the man the system has made him out to be. Not knowing the age in the state of GA is no justification. Please help..  Anything is appreciated. I have no pictures of him anymore because his friend sold everything we owned so the picture is of me and my daughter that he has not met but he is in Dooly state prison. Please give him a second chance at life.

A Helping Hand for Schizophrenia

I am calling on everyone for the love and support we so need at this time.  I am asking for your prayers, contributions, and donations for a great cause.  It is in support of my beloved family member who was diagnosed with schizophrenia, multiple personalities, anxiety, and depression around this time last year.  He has been hospitalized in a mental facility two times within the year, and he has been without his medication for a few months and as a result has relapsed.  He is in dire need of legal and medical assistance and I declare I will not allow the system to have him physically and I will not allow the devil to take over his mind.  Schizophrenia is a very serious disease and I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. I cannot go into the specifics of the legal matter per the attorney, but what I am trying to do is raise funds for him and also raise awareness about this disease. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please, more than anything I ask that you pray for us and pray for his mind.  Not everyone wakes up in their right mind and knows how to deal with it.

Unjust Arrest

I am a person who is being accused of something I honestly, didn’t do. I was standing outside of a car, which wasn’t even mine, on the side of the road and the police came. I thought the driver was being kind and giving me a ride home. I had been drinking and I didn’t want to drive my own vehicle. When the police lights were seen, the driver took off. We were on a road in the middle of nowhere and he took off in the woods. When the police officer stopped and got out of the car, I was standing by the passenger door and he asked me what I was doing. I said I was getting a ride home and the driver was in the woods, relieving himself. He asked where he was and I said he should be here any second. The driver never returned and the officer said he didn’t believe anyone was with me. I told him the person’s name and that my car was at a different location because I did not want to drive because I had drank. He ran the plates and the car wasn’t in his name either. I was given a sobriety test and arrested for DWI. I am not guilty of this. I turned my life around 4 years and 8 months ago when drinking became a daily habit with me and got me in trouble. On this day, I lost a close friend, and was feeling lost without my daughter whose birthday it was, but she is in the peace corps and I will not see her till Oct.  2017. Yes I didn’t do the right thing and call someone before I drank but I did not get behind the wheel and drive. I know how the legal system is without the right representation and I know how much they want. I have a good steady job but do not have the resources for a lump sum retainer. Please find it in your hearts to help me.

Stephen Nichols Murder Bail LOAN - Rhonda Casto Eagle Creek Fall Death

#MakingAMurderer; The key

#MakingAMurderer ; The key

It is hard to go anywhere lately without over hearing someone talk about the Netflix series, Making A Murderer. From workplace conversations to the grocery store, everyone is talking about the case involving Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey.

Let’s examine one literal key to the case, the victim’s car key. **warning, spoilers involved**

According to the documentary, the key was located in Steven’s bedroom, on the floor under his slippers and beside a bookshelf. The key to the Toyota Rav 4 was found on day 3 of an all-inclusive 8 day search. According to the series, at first glance the officers involved in the search did not see the key. One officer recounts his version of events and says he actually picked up the bookshelf, shook it and placed it back down. Mysteriously, a few days later (after a Manitowoc county official arrived on site) the key was found out in the open in plain sight.

Is it possible the key was there the entire time and this is not a piece of planted evidence? Anything is possible, right? To my recollection, the room was not photographed or videotaped prior to the search beginning so it is almost impossible to determine exactly whether it was there or not.

What we do know as fact (according to the Netflix series) is:
-According to the police, this was the main key the victim used, however a simple google search will show this key is actually what the spare key for the 99 Toyota Rav 4 looks like; not the main key. The key was the only key on the keyring. The key was on attached to a lanyard keyring and neither contained any of the victims DNA. A complete scrub was done on the key and lanyard, and the only DNA was Steven Avery’s.

So, we at Funded Justice have to ask; what do you think? Was the key planted evidence? Was the DNA on the key also planted? Or did the search team simply actually miss the key the first and second days of the search, simply stumbling across it on the third day?

What do you think?
