PLEASE HELP TO Make Justice .. I need to do a Appeal to great injustice done to me and at the same time to seek reformed to the recently [4 years ago ] changes to Defamation Law.
HELP TO FIGHT INJUSTICE AND ABUSED . Any amount of donations will contributite to the cause. and to pay Solicitors costs. No one has the right to be hummilated , to be treated with contempt , one , osctrized one from the community one belong for over 30 years , only because slander done in revenge in malice in addtion to be physical assualted.
I am a decent human being , a private person, asking for help is the last things i wanted to do it , This case has being take lot of me. I seek Justice and justice for me, will be justice for all, who can be on the similar position as I am now.. Help me to get JUSTICE I SEEK YOUR HELP TO HELP INDIRECTLY. I APPEAL TO YOUR VALUE OF JUSTICE, Those who slander me, lie , presented false evidence , instigated witness to write statements that are not truth to covered Her wrong doing and the tphysical assualted to me causing, me mental anguished trauma mentally and physical and leaving destitutied, those are to get away as the Defamation Law 2013 only cover persons who have suffered monetary loses , are in trade , and public eye., or are affected their earning capacity by it . But not for the rest of us humans, who have also the right to proptect our reputations, our credabiilty , AND Character BUT ,Under the Defamation Law we are invisible and we have not rights .I did nothing improper nor Incorrect , since events had happened I have been left devastated by all.
The Barrister [since 2004 ] specialist in Defamation and HRA Law, and who represented me last days before and at the hearing , and another one from another Chambers , have offered their services to the case under CFE, both have asked me to find a Defamations solicitors as they can not work without them as I can not afford to pay solictors, I am appealing to you as the appeal need to be prepared properly in a proffesional manner for us to win and make the Gov to do some changes to the present Act 2013 . The lower Judge new to the bench and to Defamation law has produced a Draft judgment full inccuraties ,ignoring medical documents and essential points . and stated the CLaimant has no office .
I promised any money you donated , you will make proud as you will contribute to make change to what is unjust and wrong , and your help will benefit hundred of others in the future, AND once is over you all will take pride on it . AS a Child 11 I promised God as was to help the needed, the more unfortunalyl then I , and I have kept my promised and I still do helping to raised funds for others and this is what I humble called vocation to serve others during 40 years.The Lower Court ignored all of it and alleges is it not a vocation but if I was noun and sister or head of a charity then it will be and this is wrong .
If we win the cost will be covering the costs and any solicitors and if it left the rest is for a project for Children an families in deprive communitie. No has the right to hummilated one , treated one with contempt , osctrized one's community. it' s hope and faifth thas kept me going , and still does . and it is a long there Not some reformes to the Defamation Law 2013 others like me will suffered be treated injusticly .Help me to fight for Justice and campaging to benefit many as one has the right to get justice on an injustice done to them.
