Falsely Accused and Guilty until Proven Innocent

On New Year’s Eve, my brother was at a small gathering.  Everyone was drinking, and after most had went to sleep, a 21 year old girl, who had been flirting with him all night (according to unbiased witnesses) began to engage in physical contact which led to intercourse.  She was conscious and alert throughout.  The next morning, she told her boyfriend that she had been assaulted and went to the police station.  The police approached my brother, asking if he would come to the station to answer a few questions.  He did so willingly, having nothing to hide.  After questioning, where he admitted that he did have consensual sex, they arrested and charged him with rape.  He is now in county jail, housed with the violent offenders.
My concern, among many, is that his guilt will be assumed by a jury, based on perception alone.  She is young and pretty, and they arrested him based on her word against his.  His daughter is already asking questions that the rest of the family is unsure how to answer, and his bail hearing isn't until the 28th of January.
After speaking to a few lawyers, we believe it is more than possible to get this case dismissed before it further ruins my brother's life.  But, it will take an investigator and a lawyer, and I do not come from a wealthy family.  I'm asking that you please help however you can on behalf of my brother.
