JUSTICE FOR JEFF ~ Cab driver attacked by attorney

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Pollitt, I have been living on Marco Island in Florida for the past 16 years.  I work as a Realtor during the daytime and also drive a taxi at night.

On the night of October 4, 2014 I had an unforgettable experience when the last passenger of the night attacked myself from behind while the car was moving.

I am trying to raise funds to hire a legal team to defend myself from his lawsuit for... False Imprisonment, Loss of Wages, Defamation of Character and something else.  It amounts to I believe $80,000.  

My wife and I are currently handling our case ourselves but since the man who attacked me is a lifelong attorney and he has for the last 3 years hired a Legal Superteam of Lawyers we have found we probably need one too.  They are in my opinion not playing fair.  This is an excerpt from my latest correspondence where they offered me $0 but maybe his Lawyers Bill..

These terms...  ARE NOT a serious attempt at all to make amends for the Horrendous actions of Mr. Morris.  I wish I never met your client…I have NEVER been the same since… I still have Hiccups that lead to a headache every night pretty much…Indigestion type pain that builds up uncomfortably several times a day…Not to mention a “Shark Tooth” shaped piece off my C-5 Vertebrae located right next to my vocal cords.  You got the X-rays… Zoom on in on my Vocal Cord area and see the thing for yourselves…Ask anyone whether I need an operation to have it surgically removed or not…I never had any of that stuff before meeting your client… I am growing super impatient with you both…It has been nearly 3 years…The ride in the Limo was only making me $3…My night normally ended at 2am…Got home about 4am…Never really the same again as I said…but the fact is we did cross paths…There are Police Reports…Newspaper Articles… and There must be… “Justice for Jeff”

PLEASE HELP ME FIND SOME FORM OF JUSTICE!
