I came to the United States in 2009 to establish my new American family. Gave birth to two beautiful healthy intelligent children. Relocated to CA in 2010, and living here since than. Relationship with Husband got worst and worst, not sharing the same vision and life values.
Husband moved out from our family home in Feb 2017, and left behind me and our children. He filed for divorce, and we agreed I got full legal and physical custody.
One month ago he filed for a move-away request and wants to take the children from me to FL.
I have a great attorney and his office who works with me.
Evidential hearing/trial is on July 31st, and I need to pay my attorney now for all the great works they were doing and currently doing for me.
I was and I am the main caregiver for our children, and also managing my company paralell.
Please help me on my case.
This is a termporarly situation in our life. I never been in a position in my life that I was not able to pay for legal fees.
