In Concert Night of 100 Stars: Sons of the Beatles

I am creator and executive producer for a TV show "In Concert Night of 100 Stars" w/sons of the Beatles: Sean, Dhani, Zak, James, Jason....I need to make a pitch to The Walt Disney Company's ABC-TV unit for a 2 day show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. I need to make a presentation, prepared by lawyers, to go through all the proper channels, to secure a deal. I need a deposit for the 2 day event at Staples Center to reserve the dates for the event, sometime in late September, 2015. As creator of my high school alma mater's 1976 benefit, "Hope for Ignatius," with Bob Hope, Dyan Cannon, and Andy Williams, which drew a crowd of 4,000 at Chicago's Auditorium Theater on December 18, 1976, raising $258,000 ($1,073,425.10 in 2014 dollars) for St. Ignatius College Prep, I want to present to you, and Kickstarter.com, a proposal for a rock concert music show in a modern day revival of ABC's Wide World of Entertainment, "In Concert Night of 100 Stars" featuring the sons of the Beatles, Sean Lennon, Dhani Harrison, James McCartney, and Zak Starkey with, you, Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, with a convention of rockers of 100 bands over two days at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. I hope and wish The Walt Disney Company's ABC-TV unit to revive ABC In Concert (aka Late Night Productions) series for this event. At this time, Don E. Branker, the original host of "In Concert" on ABC, 1972-74, on January 13, 2011 has committed and confirmed to the project as a special introductory host (on-air). I am still seeking the participation of Sean Lennon, Dhani Harrison, Zak Starkey, and James McCartney. I was thrilled to hear that James would like to organize a band with these fellows. (At this time, James has asked Dhani, Sean, and Jason Starkey to play with him: See this article about their interests:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-21...

I am proposing the concert will be held on two nights at the Staples Center in Los Angeles with tickets sold through Ticketmaster.com. It will be an all-star rock concert which would bring together one to the great groups of musicians for and unforgettable evening of solo performances and once-in-a lifetime jams. What I ask is that you and Kickstarter.com would sponsor the event, on ABC and ABC.com and at the Staples Center in exchange for full and sole commercial rights to the event.

I am seeking a contract offer from the Walt Disney Company for broadcast rights on the ABC Television Network, along with the commitments and confirmations of Sean, Dhani, Zak and James. Once they have all committed, I will form a California-based production company solely for this event...however all the details, regarding compensation to all of the bands and stage acts and contracts are to be finalized with Disney, parent of ABC-TV for a contracted show picked up by ABC-TV. I want the time slot of 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern on day one, and 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. on day two with no less than 56 minutes of each and every hour of stage acts and live performances.

LET’S DO THIS!

Sincerely,

Martin Edward Lewis Martin Lewis Productions Chairman & CEO, International Financier, Inc. 7821 South Rhodes Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60619-3013
