Under guidance from his attorneys, my son Dennis assigned the rights to his inventions to his company, which was then sold to investors. Today the investors, Dave and Joe Zewe, take enormous profits from the business of selling my son’s inventions and pay him nothing for his intellectual property. His inventions are brilliant, and sold in over 10 countries around the world, yet he receives nothing for this. Technically he owns 20% of the company, but after CEO salary and bonus are paid, nothing is leftover.
