We are a blended family of 4 (3 boys and 1 girl) and have a wonderful and loving home.
The boys father has had a criminal histroy (abuse, drugs/alcohol and sex convictions). He has been committed to mental wards 2x, has had 3 EPO against him, held in contempt of court. His lawyer is his best friend (criminal attorney) and is free of charge.
The courts have granted him unsupervised access despite his background and criminal history
MEP (Alberta's Maintenance Enforcement Program) does not appear to have any teeth as he is 40,000+ in arrears in child support.
They have been barred from morning chambers. His lawyer will be coming under investigation soon as he has been caught in a lie - not disclosing in the courts of the actual whereabouts of the children (aged 5/7).
He wants to take the mother to court over having the kids enrolled in hockey!
There is a laundry list of items that I can disclose and certainly will if it is necssary.
All we are looking to do is to raise funds for a retainer and to help offset some of the legal fees to bring an end to this nonsense.
