Free Chucky Giles

Charles "Chucky" Giles was taken from his home, community, and family in 1972 when he was wrongfully convicted of a murder that took place in his Philadelphia neighborhood. Since then, evidence has surfaced that there forced testimony against him by the prosecution. If that weren't enough, the man who actually committed the murder confessed to the crime on his death bed in 1996. In the subsequent 43 years of his incarceration, Chucky has been working tirelessly for justice, but he is running out of options.
During his incarceration he has missed family milestones, important time raising his children and grandchildren, and has suffered the loss of his mother and parts of his foot and leg due to delays in medical treatment.
Any contribution you could make to help raise money to pay the legal fees involved in his appeal would be much appreciated. Please consider putting funds toward sending Chucky home with his family where he belongs instead of allowing him unjustly to give up any more of his life than he already has.
