Traffic Monsoon vs. SEC

An assault occurred on American jurisprudence on July 26, 2016, when in civil court the SEC filed complaint Case No.: 2:16-cv-00832-DB against Traffic Monsoon.
Specifically, it is our assertion that the SEC is attempting to fudge a profitable business model to rewrite the laws and descriptions of what a Ponzi scheme is. We believe that Traffic Monsoon is being wrongfully targeted and labeled as a Ponzi scheme as part of a conspiracy to seize Traffic Monsoon's profits and thereby disrupt a profitable business model and adversely affect thousands or even  millions of people's lives.
The SEC has frozen millions of dollars of Traffic Monsoon's assets and has shut down the website, the life and bloodline of Traffic Monsoon.
Traffic Monsoon's detailed record-keeping is revealing of its profit motives and margins. Traffic Monsoon's business records indicate a business on the rise in profits before it was arbitrarily targeted by PayPal and the SEC. PayPal initially froze Traffic Monsoon's account and later worked with the SEC in helping the SEC  craft misrepresented information against Traffic Monsoon in legal filings.
We want to raise the money to help Traffic Monsoon pursue this matter because the SEC has frozen all of Traffic Monsoon's and Charles Scoville's assets and money. That was a legal maneuver in an attempt to further hamper and cripple the business arbitrarily.
We are asking for anyone to contribute as much as they are willing to help us support gaining legal representation for Traffic Monsoon. Every bit helps. Our target is $300k to ensure we can gain proper representation. All funds collected here will go directly towards Traffic Monsoon's legal fund in its litigation against the SEC's complaint. We ask that you understand that this issue involves an attempt to seize a business's proven profits, and is, therefore, an assault on property and a man's right to earn a living.
We ask that you contribute with the belief that the right representation can make a difference for Traffic Monsoon, Charles Scoville, and all affected by this matter. Once we've gathered funds we will maintain a platform for dispensing relevant information to keep everyone abreast of latest developments in this matter of Traffic Monsoon vs SEC.
