Legal Expenses for Shariah

Imagine getting the news while behind bars that the person who callously murdered your parent in cold blood was acquitted of all charges and is free to live their life without accountability.
Delrawn's teenage daughter, Shariah was arrested just prior to Isaacs acquittal and unfortunately learned the news after being recently incarcerated. As Delrawn's family prepares to take the fight for justice to the next level, Shariah remains behind bars and needs support with legal fees. The grief and trauma that Shariah has experienced as a result of her father's murder has not only compromised her wellbeing but also landed her in jail.
Over the years, we've come to know the names of too many Black lives stolen by police officers who murder with impunity. Yet, how often do we consider the ongoing impact on the family members of those who are murdered? Many families experience deep depression, PTSD, job loss, financial hardship, illness, strained relationships, and more. Delrawn's family is no different.
Can you help ensure Shariah gets the healing support she needs to deal with her father's murder by contributing?
