Caitlin is an 18 year old woman who is currently being accused in the death of her rapist. When she was 16 years old she was repeatedly raped and exploited by a close family friend who was also a detective who was supposed to be mentoring Caitlin. When she reported him for raping and stalking/harassing her, he was allowed to quietly resign and Caitlins voice was silenced. She is currently being held without bond, but the family has an attorney who is willing to fight for Caitlin to be released under satellite monitoring, but unfortunately the legal fees are cost prohibitive and as of now Caitlin only has a public defender. Our family needs help obtaining a high powered criminal defense attorney who will fight her charges and see that Caitlin is given a fair trial and treated without prejudice.
