My name is Martinez, I am an Army veteran and I am trying to get more assistance for my girlfriend Regina. She has been accused of being an unfit mother by her own mother who has been manipulating Regina for years.
Regina has an autistic son named Isaiah an he is a very smart boy. Regina is also recovering from Pnueomia and Severe Ulceritive Colitis which had her in the hospital for about 3-4 years for treatment an 3 surgeries. She had to have half of her intestines taken out to live.
The incident occured when Regina went to her mother's house to pick up her son Isaiah. Regina saw marks and bruises on Isaiah and confronted her mother about it. Her mother then stated that she was going to take Isaiah to get some food to eat and will come back. While Regina was waiting for her mother and son to come back, her mother's boyfriend then attacked Regina and bruised her arm. While Regina was being attacked, her mother put in a false report to DCFS and claimed Regina had beat Isaiah.
From there Regina's mother has been granted temporary custody and the DCFS worker has not communicated with Regina and has been very rude to her as well. The DCFS worker is also a conflict of interest to this case because her and Regina are related. Regina met with an attorney and he agreed to take the case for $4000. Regina and I will only be able to raise about half of that by July 11, 2017.
Regina has never abused her son in any way and has been very strong to be able to withstand her illnesses and her autistic son.
Please help Regina get her son back and to get justice against her mother and the DCFS worker.
