My name is Kate Glenn, a family friend of Tolavius Timmons. Another young black man and new father has been brutalized by the excessive force and home invasion by the LVMPD February, 2016. His constitutional rights have been violated, and ignored.. Tolavius needs the world to know his story of physical assault (hospitalize after being attacked by a Police Dog in his own residence), and tossed in jail. We need your help now for his legal representation to clear himself.
As an out of town businessman lodging in company housing in Las Vegas, Tolavius was singled out and targeted by the police on a neighborhood commotion call, He too had called when hearing what he thought was excalated fighting. His story happens too often and is happening daily except in his case he lived to tell the tale and is in the fight for his life, his family and his career.
