My name is Dane Powell. I was a group one defendent in the arrests that took place on inauguration day and the day after. I initially charged with 8 felonies on this first indictment and plead guilty to two before the last superciding indictment came out, which would have put me at 14. I am currently facing up to 6 years in jail. My sentencing is July 7th. The money raised from this campaign will be going to my commissary (canteen) account and to my children if I go to prison.
