It's Time for Justice to Prevail

Hello! Where should I start?  My name is Jacquline Kellum. I believe Darryl Thompson has had a 'miscarriage of justice' done to him. Why? Simply because the term 'miscarriage of justice' refers to a legal act or verdict that is clearly mistaken, unfair, or improper. How can this happen?  It happens when evidence is withheld or witnesses are not called upon. When this happens, the jury is not allowed to see the "whole picture", but only fragments - which is slighted towards the defense and is bias.  A jury should be allowed to have all evidence presented, so they can deliberate and reach an informed verdict that is fair or proper. Darryl was accused of 1st degree rape. There were other charges, too, but there was no evidence to support the charges. Also, the charge of 1st degree rape should have been dismissed, too, due to the evidence that was never presented by his court appointed attorney. Darryl is a a loving father, who would go to the end of the world for his children. Darryl is comical, thoughtful, with a beautiful heart, and he loves his family!
The following words are from Darryl.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Your time so much appreciated. Your response determines my goal. My goal isn't in my hands or control, but my readers.
I am a loving father who's deeply missed by my children and family that both need me. What I hope to accomplish, is to hire an attorney who will be able to present valuable "eye opening " evidence to the Court and Jury, which I still possess to show my innocence. This evidence wll show the Courts and Jury without reasonable doubt my innoncence. Unfortunately, during my trial my public defender withheld this evidence.
I grieve for the opportunity to be reestablished back into my community to be once again a productive law abiding citizen. Also, it will grant me the opportunity to continue to enjoy the church I once attended. As I stated earlier, my goal is in the hands of my readers who are taking the time to read my post. Thank you so much!
